Meet Jasmine

Jasmine Aldrich ACMHC, SEP(She/Her)

Jasmine Aldrich ACMHC, SEP(She/Her)

I specialize in somatic psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, and Ketamine-Assisted
Psychotherapy, and my work is relational and attachment-based. During sessions, I work
collaboratively with each client to restore nervous system regulation, develop a solid sense of
self, and build safety and trust within the body. From this foundation, clients can access more
aliveness and presence in life, as well as deepen connection in their relationships and
community.
Depending on the client’s needs and interests, sessions may incorporate elements of
therapeutic touch work, breath, sound, drumming, gentle movement, and embodied spiritual
exploration in a way that resources and empowers the individual.
I prioritize consent and agency and strive to create a space that is welcoming and accessible for
a variety of folks. My work is heart-centered and rooted in cultural humility and I’m committed to
practicing from an anti-oppressive, body-positive, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative
framework.
I work with clients navigating complex and shock trauma, chronic shame, faith transitions,
depression, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, body image struggles, and psychedelic
integration. If you have questions about somatic psychotherapy, please email me or you can
learn more about my work here.

I accept private-pay, BCBS, PEHP, and Aetna. Reach out and let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!
