Services

Individual, Relationship and Family Counseling
We are available to take clients in person in office in Tucson, AZ for brief and ongoing therapy. Common issues we address are depression, anxiety, stress management, low self-esteem, grief and loss, PTSD, childhood traumas, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, sexual orientation and gender identity, alternative relationship models, polyamory, non-monogamy, infidelity, mistrust, communication, and sexual issues.
Coaching & Consulting Services
Some people don’t want to engage in long term therapy but prefer to get more information or guidance on one specific issue. Coaching/consulting is appropriate if a client is simply looking for information or resources. During the initial session we can decide if your concern would be best suited for consulting or therapeutic services. This service is available no matter what the location of the client as Zoom or Doxy can be utilized.
Clinical Supervision & Trainings
We have taken the necessary continuing education credits to be clinical supervisors that help other clinicians seeking licensure in Arizona. We have multiple supervisors approved with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and we also provide monthly continuing education trainings for professionals. More workshops and trainings on gender, sexuality and relationships are coming soon!
Psychedelic Integration
Working from a harm reduction perspective, we offer non-judgmental counseling and guidance to clients in developing healthier relationships with the tools they choose to work with. Psychedelic medicines are now being used for a variety of reasons, including trauma resolution, therapeutic and spiritual exploration, creative problem solving, and much more.
Many people have eye-opening and mind-expanding experiences using psychedelics, and without professional support in integrating new awarenesses, uncovered memories, previously hidden traumas as well as many of the gifts from these experiences can be forgotten or under-utilized.
Note: though we are seeing efforts to decriminalize them, psychedelics are currently illegal and are not being used in psychotherapy outside of clinical trials. We are working on a collaboration to make Ketamine Assisted Therapy available at our site and we have also applied to establish preliminary eligibility with MAPS PBC to offer MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy if it becomes an approved treatment.
